Things You Should Know
-We accept returns for all full-priced merchandise within 10 days of purchase.
-All items must be pristine and not smelly! That means, in their original condition and unworn with all tags attached.
-To conduct a return, you will need to contact our Customer Service, via email email@example.com They are pretty stellar, and will help you with whatever you need!
-You will receive a response with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and packaging instructions within 48 hours. So, hang tight!
-Packages received without the RA# visable, will be rejected, so pay attention to those packaging instructions!
-Once your package is received we will inspect it and confirm that it's all good!
-We will then send you a confirmation email, that your return has been processed!! Woo-hoo!
-Don't be silly, if you aren't sold on it, you're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. That is of course unless it was received damaged or the wrong item, which is very unlikely.
-Sale items, altered items, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, fragrance and candles are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
