Return Policy


Things You Should Know

-We accept returns for all full-priced merchandise within 10 days of purchase.

-All items must be in their original condition and unworn with all tags attached.

-To conduct a return, you will need to contact our Customer Service, via email 

-You will receive a response with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and packaging instructions within 48 hours. So, hang tight!

-Packages received without the RA# visable, will be rejected, so pay attention to those packaging instructions! 

-Once your package is received we will inspect it and confirm that it's all good!

-We will then send you a confirmation email, that your return has been processed!

-You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. That is of course unless it was received damaged or the wrong item. 

-Sale items, altered items, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, fragrance and candles are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
